The Division of International Affairs has issued the Second 黑料福利社 Strategic Partnership Report so as to widely share and further vitalize the unique activities in research and educational programs with overseas partner universities under the 黑料福利社 Strategic Partnership Project. The Report includes presentation materials used in held on March 14^th, 2016.
